Background of Trehan IRIS:

The Trehan Group was founded in 1930 by Jagdish Ram Trehan. He began working in real estate construction as a government contractor and built iconic projects that shaped Delhi NCR. Their quality project development set them apart, and soon they became class 'A' government contractors. A few of the projects include Tihar Jail, AIR Bhawan, Sanchar Bhawan, Supreme Court, PWD Headquarters, and Safdarjung Airport Terminal.

Trehan Promoters and Builders Pvt. Ltd. was officially incorporated as a real estate construction company in 1994. Taking forward the steps of Mr. JR Trehan and Mr. JK Trehan, his sons, Mr. Abhishek Trehan and Aman Trehan, took over the company as its executive directors.

With the rapid urbanization of the National Capital Region, they began working in the private sector, constructing farmhouses, villas, commercial complexes, and residential projects with the motto of creating projects that "make life experiences more meaningful than before."
